Elizabeth McInnes, M.S., CCC-SP

Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist

Liz McInnes, founder of Hingham Speech & Language Therapy, is an American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certified speech-language pathologist who studied communication disorders as an undergraduate at Boston University and received her master's degree in speech-language pathology at Emerson College. Liz has provided pediatric speech-language services in multiple settings including  private clinics, early intervention, and the public school system for 19 years.  She has experience treating a variety of communication disorders including articulation, phonological, fluency, childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), dysarthria, receptive-expressive language, autism, social communication, and feeding disorders. Liz founded Hingham Speech & Language Therapy in 2013 and it has been one of her greatest passions along with raising her two boys!

Wendy Gillen, M.S., CCC-SP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Wendy Gillen a Massachusetts-licensed and American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certified speech-language pathologist with over 36 years of experience supporting children’s communication needs. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and received her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Emerson College.

Wendy's career began in the public school system, where she served students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade for 35 years. For the past decade, she has also worked in private practice, specializing in pediatric speech and language therapy. Wendy has extensive experience evaluating and treating a wide range of communication disorders, including receptive and expressive language delays, autism spectrum disorders, social communication difficulties, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders (stuttering), and childhood apraxia of speech.

Wendy is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based therapy that supports functional communication in everyday life. Her approach is collaborative, family-centered, and rooted in respect for each child’s unique strengths and needs.

Jennifer McNally, M.A., CCC-SP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Jen McNally is a Massachusetts licensed and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certified speech-language pathologist. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders and her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Jen has served the communication needs of children across multiple settings, including the public school system, early intervention agencies, and private clinics. She brings over 30 years of experience evaluating and treating a range of communication disorders, including receptive and expressive language delays, autism spectrum disorders, and various speech sound disorders.

Drawing from both her professional expertise and her experience as a mother of three grown children, Jen approaches each child with empathy, patience, and understanding. She is deeply committed to helping every child find their voice and communicate with confidence.
